LSUE Announces Spring Semester 2025 Chancellor's List
EUNICE, La. - Louisiana State University Eunice is proud to announce that 479 students have been named to the Chancellor's List for the Spring 2025 semester. To be eligible for the Chancellor's List, students must have full-time status, completing at least 12 credit hours during the Spring 2025 semester while maintaining at least a 3.5 grade-point average on a 4.0 scale.
LSU Eunice Awards Record Number of Degrees and Certificates At Spring 2025 Graduation
EUNICE, La. - Louisiana State University Eunice awarded a record number of degrees and certificates during commencement exercises held on Friday inside the HPRE Center on the LSUE campus. LSU Eunice held two separate ceremonies as the Academy and Dual Enrollment students were honored in the morning, followed by the rest of the graduation class in the afternoon.

EUNICE, La. - LSU Eunice is proud to welcome back alum and Cleco President and CEO Bill Fontenot to serve as keynote speaker at the Spring 2025 Commencement ceremony on Friday, May 16. His address will be part of the 2:00PM graduation in the HPRE Center on the LSUE campus.

LSU Eunice To Postpone Wednesday Finals, Moved To Saturday
EUNICE, LA. - With expected severe rain to impact the greater south Louisiana area, LSU Eunice will close campus on Wednesday, May 7 out of caution for our entire campus community. All in-person final examinations that are scheduled for Wednesday, May 7 will be rescheduled for Saturday, May 10.

LSUE, USDA Partner For Rural Development Funding Seminar
EUNICE, La. - Louisiana State University Eunice and the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development have teamed up for a free seminar in Ville Platte for citizens interested in the funding opportunities available from USDA Rural Development.

LSUE Power Outage - March 24
Due to a power outage on campus and the surrounding area, LSU Eunice has cancelled all classes until 10:00AM on Monday, March 24. We ask all LSUE students and employees - staff and faculty - to not report to campus until that time. LSUE administration is currently working with our electricity provider to have power restored as quickly as possible.

LSUE's Nikki May Receives Award for Learning Innovation
LSU Eunice Assistant Professor Nikki May is the recipient of a teaching award from LSU Online and Continuing Education (OCE) during its recent Innovation Series. May was one of three LSU system educators awarded with the "Innovative Contributions to Online Learning" during LSU's OCE Spring Innovation Series entitled "Courageous Leadership: Reshaping the Future for Higher Education."
