KLFY's Layne Miller To Give LSUE Dual Enrollment and Academy Commencement Speech
EUNICE, La. - LSU Eunice is proud to announce Eunice native and former LSUE Dual Enrollment student Layne Miller will give the keynote speech at the LSUE Dual Enrollment and Academy Commencement Ceremony on Friday, May 15 at 10:00AM inside the HPRE Center on the LSU Eunice campus. The ceremony will highlight high school students that have earned an associate's degree or certificate while completing coursework as part of the LSUE Dual Enrollment and Academy programs.

EUNICE, La. - The momentum continues to build at LSU Eunice where the university has set more enrollment records during the Spring 2026 semester. LSUE is proud to announce that it has a record 3,580 students this spring, taking a record 33,606 scheduled credit hours.

LSUE Names Audwin Donatto Vice Chancellor of Business Affairs
EUNICE, La. - LSU Eunice is proud to announce that Audwin Donatto has been recently named the Vice Chancellor of Business Affairs. The Opelousas native has served in an interim capacity in that same role before taking the permanent position.
LSU Eunice Campus To Be Closed Monday, January 26
After receiving guidance from the National Weather Service (NWS) and out of an abundance of caution, LSU Eunice's campus will be closed on Monday, January 26 due to the threat of hazardous road conditions. All in-person and online classes will be canceled.
LSU Eunice Announces Fall Semester 2025 Chancellor's List
EUNICE, La. - Louisiana State University is proud to announce that 524 students have been named to the Chancellor's List for the Fall 2025 Semester. To be eligible for the Chancellor's List, students must have full-time status by completing at least 12 credit hours during the semester while maintaining at least a 3.5 grade-point average on a 4.0 scale.
Former LFD Chief Robert Benoit To Serve As LSUE Fall Commencement Speaker

LSUE DMS Student Given National Award
EUNICE, La. - LSU Eunice is proud to announce that Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS) student Hannah Cordes has been selected as an Emerging Leader by the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (SDMS), a national recognition honoring students who demonstrate exceptional promise, professionalism, and leadership within the sonography field. Cordes is the first LSU Eunice student to receive the award.
