Below is a listing of services frequently utlized by students at LSUE. Browse through the many areas to see if you find what you need. For addtional assistance, you can reach out to the different departments on campus.
Your Bengal Portal is a gateway to many of the common applications you will utillze (Ex: Course Evaluations, Cashnet Meal Plans, etc).
myCourses (Moodle) is the online platform that hosts all of course content, asignments, syllabi, and more.
Workday allows you to view schedules, grades, register for classes, add, drop, or swap classes, and much more.
Student email is hosted within Microsoft or Gmail. Accounts created from Fall 2025 forward are Microsoft Office Email while those created before Fall 2025 are Gmail.
Microsoft Office 365 is a cloud based productivity platform for accessing a variety of Microsoft applications, including OneDrive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
The Office of Information Technology is here to assists students, faculty, and staff with their technology-based questions by phone, email, in person and on the web.
The Student Success Center helps students access to services across campus and continuous support.
Advisors assist students in course selection each semester and help you navigate through their journey while at LSUE.
Students must register for campus parking through the Parking Portal and provide valid vehicle information.

Advisors assist students in course selection each semester and help them navigate through their journey while at LSUE. Prior to registration, an advising hold is placed on student accounts so a student must meet with an advisor before registering for classes.

The Tutoring Center provides experienced and flexible tutoring services to support students’ academic success, including both face-to-face and online options. Services include studying and test-taking skill development, essay review, and test preparation.
