EUNICE, La. - The momentum continues to build at LSU Eunice where the university has set more enrollment records during the Spring 2026 semester. LSUE is proud to announce that it has a record 3,580 students this spring, taking a record 33,606 scheduled credit hours.

EUNICE, La. - LSU Eunice is proud to announce the appointment of Dr. Charles Stewart as Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs and Provost. Dr. Stewart has served in this role in an interim capacity since July 2025.

EUNICE, La. - LSU Eunice is proud to announce that Audwin Donatto has been recently named the Vice Chancellor of Business Affairs. The Opelousas native has served in an interim capacity in that same role before taking the permanent position.

After receiving guidance from the National Weather Service (NWS) and out of an abundance of caution, LSU Eunice's campus will be closed on Monday, January 26 due to the threat of hazardous road conditions. All in-person and online classes will be canceled.

EUNICE, La. - Louisiana State University is proud to announce that 524 students have been named to the Chancellor's List for the Fall 2025 Semester. To be eligible for the Chancellor's List, students must have full-time status by completing at least 12 credit hours during the semester while maintaining at least a 3.5 grade-point average on a 4.0 scale.

Benoit, one of Louisiana's most respected public safety leaders, will serve as the keynote speaker for the upcoming LSUE Fall Commencement Ceremony. Mr. Benoit brings more than four decades of distinguished service, leadership, and community impact to the graduation stage.
