LSUE Welcomes Historic Summer Enrollment

EUNICE, La. – LSU Eunice continues its remarkable enrollment growth over the last year with the largest summer semester student body in decades.  LSUE is proud to welcome 1,120 students to the Cajun Prairie this summer, the school’s largest enrollment for the summer semester in 20 years.

 

This news comes after setting new records for both attendance and credit hours in both the fall and spring semesters.  This summer’s enrollment is a 26% increase from last year’s summer semester total.

The enrollment numbers continue a five-year trend of historic growth at LSU Eunice.  In the last three semesters – fall 2025, spring 2026, and summer 2026 – LSUE has seen its total enrollment grow 28% in that time span.
