Moodle is a learning management system (LMS) - a software package designed to help educators easily create quality online courses. Such e-learning systems are sometimes also called Course Management Systems (CMS) or Virtual Learning Environments (VLE).
myCourses is LSUE's version of Moodle. myCourses is the online platform that hosts
all of the courses and their content, including syllabi, assignments, grades, instructor
contact information, forums, and more.
Students, faculty, and staff can access myCourses / Moodle by going to www.lsue.edu and clicking on "myCourses" on the top left.
For students to login, you will be prompted to enter your LSUE Bengal Account credentials.
This would be your email address and your LSUE Begnal Account password, which is the same as you use to access the campus wireless network, campus lab computers, the
Office 365 environment, library Online Database/EZProxy system, etc…
For faculty and staff to login, you then enter your LSUE Bengal Account credentials. This would be the same as you use to access the campus wireless network, email, your workstation computer, the Office 365 environment, etc...
Faculty / Staff - Starting in Summer 2022, faculty and staff Moodle users will have
access to the LSU Faculty Technology Center (FTC). For additional information, please
