You may be eligible to receive federal aid, qualify for a tax credit, or earn a scholarship. Aid is available to students of all ages in several forms: grants, loans, and work-study programs. LSUE Scholarships. Louisiana's Tuition Opportunity Program for Students offers excellent benefits for high school students who earn good academic records and do well on the American College Test. Hope Scholarship Tax Credit. You may be able to qualify for a tax credit covering most tuition expenses during the first two years of college. Financial Aid Forms.
