Part-time Teaching Opportunities at LSU-E

LSUE seeks applications for qualified individuals to fill part-time and full-time temporary mathematics and mathematics tutoring positions.  Openings available for day classes in Developmental Math and College Algebra.

Qualifications for Teaching Developmental Classes and Tutoring:  Bachelors Degree in Mathematics or Math Education required.  Successful high school teaching experience and certification in mathematics are required.  Successful experience and/or strong motivation to teach and equip under-prepared students for success in post-secondary studies.  Master's degree in education or related subject preferred.

Qualifications for teaching regular college classes:  Master's degree or higher required.  At least 18 graduate hours in mathematics required.
