The personal safety and health of students, faculty, staff, and the visiting public are of primary concern to LSU Eunice. Providing a safe environment in which to pursue educational goals is of such consequence that it will be given high priority, support, and implementation wherever necessary. To the greatest degree possible, the Safety Program is provided to reduce or completely eliminate incidents that cause injury to personnel, damage to property, fire or explosion, and hazards to health.
Safety is a responsibility not only of LSU Eunice officials and administrators, but also of every individual employee and student. Careful attention to the requirements of the program for its effectiveness is dependent, to a large extent, upon the interest and cooperation of each constituency involved.
