LSUE has collaborated with Microsoft to utilize the Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) utility for students. After registration, students will be able to reset, unlock, or change their LSUE Network login password utilized by many LSUE services without having to contact OIT. You will be prompted to register upon your next login to the Office 365 environment if you are not already registered. The same LSUE Network login credentials work for access to the:
This account is not the same as you would use to login to your student LSUE Gmail account or myLSUE and myCourses. These systems utilize different login credentials as explained on the Accounts and Access page.
Follow the steps outlined below to register for SSPR:
1) Navigate to https://www.lsue.edu/office
2) Enter your full LSUE email address (Ex: firstname.lastname@example.org)
3) On the next screen, enter your current LSUE Network password (used to access the campus wireless network, lab computers throughout campus, Microsoft Office 365 environment, library EZProxy/Films-on-Demand system, etc...). As mentioned, this account is not the same as you would use to login to your student LSUE Gmail account or your myLSUE and myCourses areas.
4) You will be presented a "More information is required screen". Select Next and follow the steps through the enrollment process.
After registering, if you ever need to reset your password for any of these systems below:
navigate back to the Accounts and Access page and follow the instructions on resetting your LSUE Network ID's password. You can also choose from one of the options below:
