The Access from AT&T program provides wireless home Internet to limited income households
who participate in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program
Free installation
The ATT offeris limited to free service for 60 days, then monthly charges apply

Cox
A special promotion for students is in effect now to provide the Cox Internet Starter
package ( 10 Mbps x 2 Mbps) for $19.99 monthly
No Installation charges would apply if the home is considered “serviceable” (no new
construction required to reach the home)
A cable modem will be provided which will be shipped to the student’s home. Phone
support is offered to help with self-installation
The first month of service will be free
No contract is required
All service must be either a new Cox customer or an existing Cox customer that does
not currently have Internet service from Cox

the following assistance programs:
National School Lunch Program (NSLP)
Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) of the NSLP
Supplemental Security Income (for applicants age 65+ only)
