Have you ever spent more time deciding when to meet than actually meeting? FindTime is an add-in for Outlook that faculty and staff can utilize to help decide on meeting times. This plugin shows the best times for all invitees. You can also vote on meeting times with FindTime. Once your time has been decided, an invite will be sent out automatically.
Propose your selected times to all attendees and allow everyone to vote. Once you reach consensus, FindTime sends out the meeting invite on your behalf, eliminating the time consuming back-and-forth usually required to find the best meeting time.
Your colleagues and friends only need an email address and Internet access in order to be a recipient (no need for them to install FindTime). Also, you can send a FindTime invite to anyone with an email address. Only organizers are required to be on Office 365.
Follow the steps below to install FindTime in either your desktop or web client.
Open Outlook for the web in your browser.
Select New message to open a new email.
To the right of the Send and Discard buttons, select the ellipses button (…) and then select Get Add-ins.
Search for the FindTime add-in.
