The LSU Eunice Foundation office can provide sample Language Forms for including a bequest to LSU Eunice and suggested language clause for your will. As with any planned gift, we strongly suggest that you consult with your attorney or other professional advisor who can assist in your estate planning.
Once you have made a bequest to LSU Eunice, you are eligible to become a member of the Legacy Society.
Documentation of your gift - After consulting with your professional advisors, make your estate gift to the LSU Eunice Foundation through a bequest, charitable trust, life insurance policy, retirement plan beneficiary designation, or charitable gift annuity.
Contact LSU Eunice - Send the LSU Eunice Foundation a copy of your gift documentation. This may be the relevant page of your will or beneficiary page of your insurance policy, etc.
Membership Form - Simply complete the Legacy Society Form, and return it to the LSU Eunice Foundation.
