Steven E. Gervais, M.S., Assistant Professor/Program Director -B.S. and M.S., University of Louisiana Lafayette Mr. Gervais has been involved with emergency services in some form for over 20 years. His range and variety of experience includes, serving as a volunteer firefighter and paid firefighter/hazardous material technician in Lafayette, LA, emergency medical supervisor, public safety communications coordinator, consultant, disaster recovery manager, professor, and program coordinator. Mr. Gervais participates in curriculum and course development (web-based; conventional), and teaches introductory and advanced courses in fire science, forensic science, emergency management, environmental and safety, and information systems. Fred N. Landry, Ph.D., Professor -Ph.D., Union Institute and University Dr. Landry has extensive administrative experiences in a variety of organizational settings including: organizational management and re-engineering, educational administration, teaching, employee training and workforce education. Dr. Landry also has strong managerial background in the areas of rural economic development, organizational process management, consumer relations management, workflow analysis, managing organizational culture and change, creating organizational financial value, servant leadership, and organizational planning, marketing and management.
