The Bengal Village  apartment complex is being managed by Century Development. Century Development is a Houston-based company that has constructed and now manages apartments at many other college campuses in Louisiana and around the nation. The apartments are located on a 5.38 acre site on the northwest side of the campus. The apartment complex includes fully furnished units, a club house, a pool, computer hookups to the LSUE network, and other amenities. STUDENT APARTMENTS AT LSUE: GROUNDBREAKING FEBRUARY 2002

Groundbreaking ceremonies at the start of construction of the $7 million Bengal Village student apartment complex were held in early February 2002 on the LSU at Eunice campus. The privately owned apartments are being managed by Century Development, a company that specializes in student housing.
