Apply for Admission

The first step to enrolling at LSU Eunice is completion of the online application for admission. The process is easy and painless. After submission of your application you must pay the $25 nonrefundable application fee online or contact the LSU Eunice Business Office by telephone at (888) 367-5783 Ext. 262. Payment can be made with either VISA or Mastercard over the phone or more methods if pay online. Payments may also be mailed to the following address: LSU Eunice Business Office, P.O. Box 1129, Eunice, LA 70535.

To begin the application process you must first designate a 'Home' Campus. This is where you intend to take the majority of your courses. Please Click the appropriate link below.

Upon completion of the online application applicants will receive a confirmation email. In approximately one week applicants should receive their acceptance letter.
